If the bus arrival is delayed by more than 2 hours beyond the scheduled departure time at the selected boarding point, customers will be compensated with up to a 100% refund for the inconvenience. This benefit applies exclusively to AbhiBus Assured Bus Partner services.
When am I eligible for a refund on my delay?
Each bus service has a specific time for pick up. In case of delay beyond more than 2 hour time, the traveler can claim a refund.

What is Abhi Assured for bus service cancellation?
In case the bus partner cancels their bus service, the customers will be compensated with a refund for the cancellation which is upto 150% of the amount of booking.
When am I eligible for a refund for the bus service cancellation?
If the bus services have been canceled and no replacement has been offered by the partner, the customers are eligible for a refund.

How much refund am I eligible for?
Customers are eligible for upto 150% refund in case of bus service cancellation. While 100% of the booking amount will be refunded back to the source or mode of payment, the remaining upto 50% amount will be refunded back through UPI ID of the customer or through Non-Promo Abhicash (100% redeemable on bus bookings) based on customer preference.

What is cancellation protection under AbhiAssured?
If you cancel your bus bookings before 6 hours of journey start time, you will be eligible for 100% refund of the base fare.
Note: Cancellations in less than 6 hours of journey time will be refunded based on the bus partner cancellation policy.
Will I be eligible for AbhiAssured benefits if I partially cancel the booking?
Yes, incase of partial cancellation you will be eligible for AbhiAssured benefits on the travelers which are booked and going to travel.
Note: All benefits of AbhiAssured will only be applicable for the customer based on the booking details and the booked travelers as of the time of journey.
