TNSTC Special Buses to Tiruvannamalai
- State-owned transport corporations plan to operate 2,700 special buses to Tiruvannamalai from key cities and towns across Tamil Nadu for three days starting November 25.
- Elaborate arrangements made for 6,947 trips to Tiruvannamalai from various cities, including Bengaluru and Puducherry.
Temporary Bus Termini and Crowd Management
- Nine temporary bus termini strategically planned around Tiruvannamalai to prevent vehicular congestion in the town during the festival from November 25 to 27.
- Forty small buses designated as free services from the temporary bus stand to the “girivalam” route and back during the three days.
Termination Points for Special Buses
- Special buses originating from various districts, especially the Delta and southern regions, will terminate at the temporary bus stand near the Boys Higher Secondary School and at Vetrinagar on the Thirukovilur Road.
