- To manage crowds effectively, a dynamic queue control system has been implemented.

- Cardiology centers at Appachemedu and Neelimala, along with 15 emergency treatment centers along the Pampa to Sannidhanam route.

- Eco-shops along traditional forest trails, with 75 forest guards deployed for safety.
- Innovative measures include the introduction of FASTag for parking at Nilakkal and postal delivery services for “Swami Prasad” across India.
KSRTC Operations and Special Bus Services
- Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) operates at Pampa and Nilakkal, offering 473 buses until the first week of December.
- Special services extended to pilgrims arriving in groups upon request.
Ceremonial Induction and Tantri’s Role
- Appointed Sabarimala Melshanthi Muvattupuzha Enanallur Puthillathmana PN Mahesh and Malikappuram Melshanthi Thrissur Thozhiyur Vadakkekkottu Pookattumana PG Murali to arrive at Sannidhanam.
