In a significant move to enhance passenger satisfaction, Deputy Chief Minister and Transport Minister Prem Chand Bairwa inaugurated the ‘Samadhan Portal’ for the Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (RSRTC) on Wednesday. This initiative aims to streamline the process of resolving passenger complaints swiftly and efficiently.

    • Issues with ticket issuance after online payment.
    • Delays in processing ticket refunds.
    • Assistance with concessions on RFID smart cards.

Executive Director’s Statement

Jyoti Chauhan, Executive Director (Traffic) of RSRTC, highlighted the portal’s role in enhancing transparency and accountability. “The Samadhan Portal will bring a new level of transparency in action taken at the competent level on the registered complaints. Complainants will also be able to see the current status of their complaints,” she said.
