The Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) has introduced a special initiative to enhance pilgrimage travel during the Shravan month. Starting August 5, the ‘Shravanat ST Sange Tirthatan’ initiative will offer dedicated bus services for religious tours across Maharashtra.
Special Pilgrimage Tours Launched

- Named ‘Shravanat ST Sange Tirthatan,’ the initiative aims to provide organized pilgrimage tours from each ST depot during Shravan.
- The service includes both one-day and overnight trips to various holy sites.
Ticket Discounts and Facilities
- Discounts for Senior Citizens and Women:
- Senior citizens over 75 years of age will travel for free.
- Senior citizens under 75, women, and children under 12 will receive tickets at half price.
- Women’s self-help groups and charitable organizations can arrange group trips under this scheme.
