- In a sustainable move, HRTC plans to purchase Type-1 and Type-3 electric buses worth approximately Rs 25 crore.

- HRTC aims to incentivize conductors to promote digital payments, fostering a cashless environment aboard buses.
- Recruitment Drive:
- Resumption of the stalled recruitment process for 350 bus drivers underscores HRTC’s efforts to strengthen its operational workforce.
Improving Employee Welfare
- Healthcare Initiatives:
- Pending medical reimbursement bills amounting to Rs 55.36 lakh will be settled promptly.
- Annual medical check-ups for all employees are mandated to ensure their well-being.
Financial Strategy
- Resource Mobilisation Committee:
- A committee will be formed to analyze financial challenges and propose strategies to improve fiscal health.
