To facilitate the process, APSRTC has set up bus pass counters at several key locations in Visakhapatnam:
- Dwaraka Bus Station Complex
- Maddilapalem
- Simhachalam
- Gajuwaka

These counters will operate from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Additionally, counters at Madhurawada and Kurmannapalem bus stations will be open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
