Free Cancellation feature enables users to avail full refund at the time of cancellation of their Bus booking, by just paying a small fee at the time of booking the ticket, on AbhiBus Platform.
The fee varies depending upon the ticket price and is as low as Rs. 9 for a bus ticket.
The fee to be paid for availing the FREE Cancellation feature will get automatically added to your total payment amount.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The Free Cancellation coverage will only be applicable for Bus travel booked through AbhiBus.
AbhiBus will reimburse the ticket amount for trips that are cancelled through AbhiBus, no less than 6 hours before the departure of bus.
Sample case below: Operator-1 (Allowed Cancellation Time for Free Cancellation: 6 hours)
Ticket Price: Rs. 500; Booking Time: 16th Feb 2017 10:00 am; Departure Time: 20th Feb 2017 6:00 pm.
Ticket Cancellation before 12 noon on 20th Feb 2017: User Refund = Rs. 500.
Ticket Cancellation on or after 12 noon on 20th Feb 2017: User Refund = As per Bus Operator's cancellation policy.
Operator-2 (Allowed Cancellation Time for Free Cancellation: 1 hour)
Ticket Price: Rs. 500; Booking Time: 16th Feb 2017 10:00 am; Departure Time: 20th Feb 2017 11:15 am.
Ticket Cancellation before 10:15 am on 20th Feb 2017: User Refund = Rs. 500.
Ticket Cancellation on or after 10:15 am on 20th Feb 2017: User Refund = As per Bus Operator's cancellation policy.
Benefit of Free Cancellation claim is available on partial cancellation of tickets booked in a single order.
This amount will be credited into the payment mode chosen by the customer.
Convenience Fee charged by AbhiBus at the time of booking will not be refunded in any circumstances.
Any discounts or cashback availed by the customer while making the booking will be deducted while processing the refund.
For cancelling the booking, the customer needs to cancel online or call the AbhiBus Customer Care.
