ABHI ASSURED

  • 1. The Abhi Assured program offers users the opportunity to receive compensation ranging from 10% to 150% of the ticket base fare for certain scenarios during or prior to their journey. By paying a small fee at the time of booking on the AbhiBus platform, users can avail these benefits. Here are the scenarios covered:

    1. If the bus is canceled by the bus partner before the journey, users can receive a refund of up to 150% of the ticket base fare, which means an additional 50% over and above the booking value.
    2. In the event of a bus delay at the pickup location exceeding 2 hours from the scheduled departure time, users are eligible for a refund of up to 100% of the ticket base fare.
    3. If the bus does not meet the minimum acceptable quality standards, users can claim a refund of up to 100% of the ticket base fare.
    4. For travelers who cancel their bookings at least 6 hours before the scheduled departure, they can receive a refund of up to 100% of the ticket base fare.
  • 2. The Abhi Assured program aims to provide customers convenient travel and ensure appropriate compensation in case of mentioned situations. Refund eligibility times are shared in the ticket copy.

  • 3. The fee for accessing the Abhi Assured feature varies based on the ticket price and starts as low as Rs. 9 per seat.

  • 4. When you choose to avail the Abhi Assured feature, the corresponding fee will be automatically included in your total payment amount. It's important to note that the fee collected for Assured is non-refundable under any circumstances.


  • TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • The Abhi Assured coverage is applicable only for bus travel bookings made through AbhiBus. Travelers who are beneficiaries of Assured will need to file a claim through the Abhibus app to avail the assured benefits after their journey. It is important to initiate the grievance or claim for Abhi Assured within 24 hours of completing the journey by contacting Abhibus help or customer support via email at support@abhibus.com. The claim should include detailed information about the nature of the problem faced.

  • Abhibus will reimburse up to 150% of the ticket base fare (100% to the original payment source and 50% through UPI or AbhiCash Wallet based on the user's choice) if the bus is canceled by the bus operator after a successful booking but before the journey date.

  • In case the bus gets delayed at the traveler's boarding point by more than 2 hours, Abhibus will reimburse up to 100% of the ticket base fare. Abhibus will verify the claim based on bus tracking details and respond with a refund within 48 hours of raising the grievance or claim.

  • Abhibus will reimburse up to 100% of the ticket base fare if the bus quality and service standards do not meet the minimum acceptable standards.

  • For trips canceled through AbhiBus at least 6 hours before the bus departure, AbhiBus will reimburse the ticket amount.

  • In the event of partial ticket cancellation within a single order, the Abhi Assured claim benefit will apply only to the active tickets remaining in the order after the partial cancellation.

  • The refunded amount will be credited to the customer's chosen payment mode. In some cases, the customer may need to provide UPI details for direct transfer.

  • The convenience fee charged by AbhiBus, including the Abhi Assured charge, at the time of booking, will not be refunded under any circumstances. Any discounts or cashback received by the customer during the booking process will be deducted during the refund process.

  • To raise a claim or grievance, customers should contact AbhiBus Customer Care or send an email to support@abhibus.com, providing clear details of the issue.

  • The terms of use prescribed by AbhiBus on its website www.abhibus.com govern the products and services offered by Le Travenues Technology Ltd. These terms may be amended without prior notice.

  • AbhiBus reserves the right to change or withdraw the offer at any time, at the sole discretion of the management. The terms and conditions of this offer are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Under Abhi Assured, AbhiBus' entire liability shall not exceed double the ticket base fare.

  • The User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and My Wallet terms and conditions listed on the AbhiBus website shall apply.

  • Disputes arising from this Abhi Assured program are subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad.
