The initial 100% refund will be credited back to the original source or mode of payment. Additionally, the remaining amount, up to 50%, can be refunded either through the customer's UPI ID or as Non-Promo Abhicash (which can be fully redeemed for bus bookings), depending on the customer's preference.

If the customer chooses to cancel the bus booking at least 6 hours before the scheduled departure time, he/she will qualify for a full refund of the base fare.
Note: Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled journey time will be subject to the refund policy of the bus partner.
Yes. If there is a partial cancellation, you will still be eligible for the benefits of Abhi Assured on the remaining travelers who are booked and will be traveling.
